Beykent University is a private university having the public legal entity status which was founded by Adem Çelik - Beykent Educational Foundation in 1997 under the Law No. 4282 of 09.07.1997.

Believing that education is the only solution for the unsolved problems of the increasingly growing and developing modern Turkey, our founder Adem Çelik has taken initiatives in the field of education with the ideal of “serving the community”, and created a flawless chain of education from kindergarten to primary and high school followed by Beykent University.

Our university, which began its educational journey on Beylikdüzü Campus in the Academic year 1997 – 1998, offers education on four highly equipped campuses located in central districts of İstanbul.

Growing and developing more and more each year with its new students and alumni for the last 23 years, our university is a social and living university offering education with an innovative perspective.

In the journey we have embarked upon with the aim of educating people who will best represent our country and be the most in-demand professionals not only in Turkey but also around the world, we are continuing to offer education of the 21st century standards and grow with our alumni.

Mission:
As a university educating qualified individuals who produce and improve knowledge and technology, and turn these into professional skills to be used for the benefit of the society, our mission is to enable our students to access the physical and technological infrastructures, a social environment, education and training programmes, and learning resources so that they will be professionals who:
Have high leadership and social skills, know what they want, are self-confident and able to make quick decisions, have a high EQ, and chase their dreams;
Have a systematic thinking and intellectual discipline, as well as a system of effective learning strategies and multi-dimensional thinking, are able to question and think analytically/critically, and tackle complicated problems and solve complex ones;
Follow, effectively use, develop, and programme technology, grasp the characteristics of the era they are living in, know their society, and are sensitive to ethical values and the environment; and
Are able to use their professional knowledge and skills in any part of the world.
